Digital Product Delivery

Most digital products are delivered electronically through instant download, email, customer account access, or another digital delivery method provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct email address at checkout.

If you do not receive your digital product, check your spam, promotions, junk, or updates folder before contacting support.

If there is a delivery issue caused by a technical error, Silk & Sensual will make a reasonable effort to resend the product or restore access.

Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions, including access to Silk’s Room, the Journal, private writing archives, or other subscription-based content, renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for managing, updating, or canceling their subscriptions through their account, payment provider, or membership portal.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund past payments.

Subscription access may end immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle depending on the platform settings.

Refund Policy

Because Silk & Sensual offers digital products, written content, subscriptions, and intuitive services, all sales are generally final.
