Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing from Silk & Sensual.
Because Silk & Sensual sells digital products, paid writing, subscriptions, and downloadable materials, all sales are generally final.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
This includes books, workbooks, guides, journals, affirmation collections, prompt packs, PDFs, templates, downloadable files, digital bundles, spiritual hygiene guides, and any other digital materials.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once the product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, delivered, or emailed.
Paid Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable.
This includes Silk’s Room, Journal access, private writing archives, paid essays, monthly content access, or any other membership-style content.
Canceling your subscription stops future billing. It does not refund previous payments.
You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact support within 7 business days at support@silkandsensual.com
A store credit, replacement product, or refund may be considered at Silk & Sensual’s discretion.
Technical Issues
If you cannot access a digital product due to a technical issue, contact support at:
support@silkandsensual.com
Please include your name, order number, checkout email, and a description of the issue.
Silk & Sensual will make a reasonable effort to restore access, resend the file, or provide an alternate delivery method.
Technical access issues do not automatically qualify for a refund unless Silk & Sensual is unable to deliver the product after reasonable support attempts.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or payment disputes made after receiving access to digital products, subscriptions, or services may result in revoked access, blocked future purchases, and refusal of future service.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, such as duplicate charges, accidental duplicate purchases, or a technical delivery failure that cannot be resolved.
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Silk & Sensual unless otherwise required by law.
